Are there any discounts available?

Every now and then I fall in love with the work of a quilt designer, and reach out to support them in anyway that I can, which often means discounted quilting services or even free batting. Also, as a member of “The Longarm League,” I am occasionally amongst a group of quilters who offer discounts for those participating in popular Quilt Alongs. The nice things that people say….

“Melissa is in the top of her field. Her quilting is flawless and the time and effort she puts into each quilt are second to none. Melissa enjoys talking to each maker to get a sense of what the owner is looking for and offer ideas and suggestions to highlight the quilt to its full potential. Whether it is a quilt for your yourself, or a gift or one for a show, Lakeside Longarmer is the place to go!”

Jackie White: Author, Designer, Social Media Manager, Former President and Executive Board Member of the Canadian Quilting Association, Quilt Canada National Juried Show Finalist

“I have used Melissa’s longarm quilting services for five years now and constantly admire her ability to extend her quilting skills. In some cases, I have discussed quilt plans with her to arrive at a plan that will suit the project; while at other times I have asked her to create a design that harmonizes the various elements of the quilt top. The results in all these cases have been superlative. Melissa has excellent perception, which enables her to visualize sections in a quilt that may be enhanced by her special quilting techniques. I always have confidence in the results!”
